We want you and your dog to be happy with every order.

30-day returns: You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EU right of withdrawal: Customers in the European Union can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.
